Are you looking to get curvy like Nicki Minaj, Kim Kardashian, Juliet Ibrahim?
It takes a great deal of exercise, work out and effort to achieve a figure eight. Today I will be sharing with you on how to make hips rounder, buttocks big and your waist tinier.
1. EXERCISE
This routine were practiced by me when I was looking to gain fat around my butt cheek:
A. Kneeling Kickback
Steps
Kneel on the floor and assume the push-up position with your knees parallel to your pelvis.
Let your knees and palms support your body weight.
Now, bring your right knee to your chest and then kick back, as high as you can.
Repeat this with your left leg.
Do the set for 10 times.
B. Scissor Kicks.
Steps
Lie on your back on a mat. Extend your arms fully, with your palms facing down.
Lift both your legs slowly so that your heels are off the ground.
Now, lift your right leg to an angle of 45 degrees and lower the left leg till it is about 3-4 inches from the ground.
Alternate the movements between your right and left legs.
Repeat at least 15 times.
C. Leg Lift
Steps
Lie down on the mat with your legs straight in the air.
With your hands and arms flat on the mat, raise your hips off the ground.
Hold for five seconds.
Repeat 10 to 15 times with both the legs.
D. Pliè Squat
Steps
Stand with your feet spread shoulder width apart.
Make sure the toes point outwards.
Bring your hands to the front to maintain the body’s balance.
Lower your body to a squat till your buttocks are just above the feet.
Squeeze your glutes and thighs further while getting back to the initial position.
Other exercise includes
Running
Biking
Climbing steps
And maybe (if you have the patience) some YOGA can also do wonders.
NUTRITION
Eat well, carbohydrates, protein and fat. yeah fat, we have good fat and bad fat. Well, a good balanced diet also work wonders.
Style
Fashion and style is also one of the method to increase your hip size. Your style also goes a long way in making your hips look big or your waist small. Some of the most efficient fashion styles to accentuate the size of your body include:
Wear corsets
Try body-shaping underwear
Avoid low-rise pants. Even if you are fit, a small pair of jeans or low rise pants will make it look like you have a muffin top
Wear A-line dresses
Remember that without exercise you will not see results, and you can even put on weight.
