The programme coordinator is responsible for planning programme , management and ensure smooth training implementation for a multi-level marketing business .

key resonsibilities
interfacing between the company and participants

identify lapses and the resources required to deliver the programmes and marketing members.

Develop program class schedule and ensure strict adherence by facilitator .

Ensure the timely preparation of training manuals

As a technical trainer , you will deliver high quality training classes on the installation , commissioning ,operation and maintenance.

Trainers would work independently to ensure that training classes and materials are consistently meet.

Demonstrate mastery of applicable product concepts and networking

followup on or refer any questions /needs attendees have that are outside of the training course.

Notify appropriate team members ( sales, support, product management ) of any outstanding or critical issues and maintain training room.
