Hello gurus in the house, one of my customers created a blockchain account into which he requested I send come bitcoin.

Unfortunately for him, he can't remember his password(he has tried various likely combinations already) and so he could not access his account to confirm the coin.

Pls how can he go about recovering the password.
I checked blockchain settings, I didn't observe anything like password recovery.

I am not an expert , however , if he has backed up his account , it's called recovery phrase or something like that , it's a bunch of words that you are required to write down or save somewhere , if he has that , he can go to account recovery and type that shiiit one by one , if it's correct , he'll get to change his password

Sorry Man. There is nothing your friend can do. His account is gone and gone forever. Unless he saved the word phrase given to him during account creation.
