He was not detained, he was not in court...an order was issued for his arrest and served on the Police...it remains for the Police to do their job.

My guess is, if he offer the right amount of cash, the Police will just tell the court that, they are still ‘searching’ for him and will bring him immediately he is sighted.

No it is a Good political calculation. APGA is a welcomed political party in IGBO land and more so K. O. K is a respected celebrity in Mbaise his constituency and IMO in general not like yul edochie who should have started with house of assembly first due to poor popularity to politics.
