One of our clients is in need of a SALES REPRESENTATIVE for OBM (Outboard motor), generators,yamalube and spare parts

Reports To:Spare Parts Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION
*Responsible for generating sales of OBM spare parts
* Daily interactions with OBM spare parts and Yamalube dealers
*Gather relevant information on market opportunities,customer enquires and competitiors' activities for strategic planning
*Prepare monthly report on OBM parts that are in high demand in the market
*Receive and process parts from our suppliers , check merchandise received against purchase invoice
* Develop strategies for increased monthly sales and distribution of our spare parts ,yamalube and accessories.
*Update inventory control system and parts catalogue.

Qualified Applicants should possess the following requirements:

* A minimum of B.Sc/BA in Engineering,Marketing ,Business administration or any Social science related course
* Proven experience in retail sales of OBM spare parts or any relevant position. (minimum of 3 years)
*Strong selling skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills (including presentations)
*Experience with modern inventory management systems
*Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision.

JOB LOCATION:LAGOS

SALARY IS VERY ATTRACTIVE

JOB DESCRIPTION
*Maintenance of all company premises and properties in all areas where they are situated
*Ensure all power generating sets in the company locations including official residences are in good condition
*Ensure all lightings and electrical in all operating locations
*Ensure general cleanliness of the operating premises is done effectively
*Ensure effective supervision and maintenance of company fleet of vehicles ,timely renewal of all vehicle insurance document

Qualified Applicants should possess the following requirements:

* A minimum of B.Sc/BA in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration or relevant field. (Relevant professional qualification will be an advantage)

* Proven experience as a facility manager or relevant position. (minimum of 6years)

* Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices.

*Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

*Strong IT skills with ability to utilize software relevant to the role
