North  the fact is that the poverty index in the North is rising and not in any way showing signs of decreasing. I'm very sure it's Northern Nigeria that lead Nigeria to overtook India to hit the rank of No.1 country with extreme poverty....The North controls political power in Nigeria but has not been able to use that political power to help itself. Building longest overhead bridge and underground bypass with no human development doesn't sound well. 2 Likes |
