Job Description

Negotiate contracts for janitorial, security, landscaping, trash removal, and other services.
Monitor the performance of contractors.
Investigate and resolve complaints from residents and tenants when services are not properly provided.
Hire contractors to make repairs.
Understand and comply with pertinent legislation,
Plan and direct the purchase, sale, and development of real estate properties on behalf of the company.
Negotiate contracts for the purchase or lease of the property.
Negotiate the sale of, or terminate the lease on, such properties.
Ensures all documents, agreements, leases are in place prior to transition including fully executed leases and fact sheets are completed for both new development and retention deals.
Assists in the training, development, coaching and management of direct reports

Required Qualification and Experience

Bsc/HND in Estate Management or related courses
6-8 years of working experience in the same capacity
Superior communications, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills,
Superior negotiation and contract management skills
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and successfully execute tactics
