Reckless driving is a crime so this is coming under crime.

With regards the truck accident in Lagos-Ibadan expressway last week, a noble Nigerian created a petition to four United Nations bodies; the petition has gained more than 37,000 signatures in less than 24 hours.

Please sign the petition so that the United Nations can intervene by restricting truck movement in Nigeria to certain hours. This is not politics. Reckless driving is a crime.
