I think the Senate Should Pass A Bill To Stop Employment Age Discrimination.

What happens to the youths above 30 years? Are they not Nigerians? Who should provide jobs for them?

Considering the struggle and delay that Nigerian Youths go through to have a university education coupled with incessant strikes, there should be NO age barrier to job employment.

If FG jobs can peg age limit at 30, why should we still allow politicians to contest at age above 60 years?

Check FRSC, Nigeria Prison Service, Police recruitment and the likes, the maximum age limit is between 28-30 years... Nigerians let support the bill and share it all over

35 yrs should be maximum age, those above 35 should go into entrepreneurship

50 years is the max for Federal Govt jobs. That of the police and prisons and co are different because strenuous exercises are involved and they don't want old people fainting anyhow.

Your ideas are fine, if and only if the graduates above 35 years are given substantial startup fund.

U should be talking about low interest loan not free start up funds.

That's why I advocate for increasing nysc allawee to 50k u receive 20k during the service yr n on passing out you are given d balance about 300k to start up sth while searching for paid employment.
