Hello guys, what are your thoughts on this, i'm trying to decide which is the best action to take, should i leave my 150k Job in South east for 200k Job in Lagos?

That would be madness.

Cost of living lower in south east than Lagos. Well, if you are looking to enjoy life, Lagos is definitely on point.

I was born in Lagos Metropolis, the city is densely populated with Traffic congestion and Human population; creating a surge in cost of transportation and accommodation. Lagos average mini flat cost 300k per annum while in other state(SOUTHEAST inclusive) may be 120k maximum.

Cost of living is very very very high in Lagos. You might not save anything tangible from that 200k of yours if care is not taken.

The pains of daily traffic is another topic entirely; where you live your home as early as 5am to resume office at 9am..

People might scream "Lagos has opportunity bla bla"
But you have to be smart to get these opportunities else you might not even get any.

Lagos is a No for anyone that already has means of livelihood outside the state.

pls don't come to Lagos its virtually the biggest urban slum...over crowding,tanker explosion,traffic,stress,.....if u want to live long avoid Lagos at all cost....u will even buy a car to drive it na wahala ,danfo dirty and smoky
