I have always posited that if the "Cheaters" franchise is brought to Nigeria, the effects will be damning.

It is an absolute waste of time to make efforts toward catching a spouse in a lopsided environment like ours. Almost everyone is cheating or wants to cheat. The outcome of this exercise is more damaging to the husband's ego than to the wife's reputation. Every spouse will be stunned to the marrow if they find out what the other spouse is willing to do to cheat or why they cheat or who they have been cheating with etc.

Marriage at the early stages, especially for younger couples is full of uncontrollable cycles of somersaulting emotions. Marriage becomes very enjoyable to the few who endured eachother's gaffes and stayed together till they can both no longer really wonder away again (ages 65 and above); until then you can never really tell how majority of spouses truly feel about eachother.

If you suspect your spouse, brace up, improve your looks, improve your productivity and endeavor to do your best. Smile and forget the rest. If the spouse insists, there is barely anything else to be done until the desires are actualized and exorcised (for the few who will be willing to reset their desires to default).


Social media will continue to be the bane. There will be no lessons learned. The cravings for another have just begun. Mr InvestigaTHOR work has just started!
