- A newer page will open containing field as:
* First Name (this is your first name)
* Middle Name (this is your middle name)
* Last Name (this is your surname)
* Phone Number (this is your phone number. Be careful with this area as it is the means you may be notified if you are given provisional admission. Also note that, aspirants admitted will be posted on the website too.)
* Sex (are you male or female?)
* Personnel Status (many people get confused during this area. It simply is asking if you are a civilian or military personnel.)
* Program (what program are you applying for?)
* Screening Venue (whatever you select here will determine where your aptitude test and screening will take place. Choose wisely)

That said, once your application is accepted, you will be given an application details also containing a payment reference number urging you to pay a particular amount to any UBA branch. Your payment reference number is different from any other applicant. Before you may continue the application processes, you MUST pay the application fee.
