My Gionee S11lite phone recently stopped showing contact names of contacts saved in the phone on call log. I have tried all the settings I know to no avail, please kindly assist. Also, I cannot access the phone from my computer because it doesn't show when you connect it with USB. Any little help will be appreciated! |

reboot the phone and try again, if it remains the same back up your files and do a hard resetting. hopefully to be restored. |
