I agree. it should be open to any interested Nairaland member. more like first come basis, considering money isnt involved.

.. some of those that played last season might not even be interested in the new one.

I was in the 2016/2017 league. I didnt indicate interest last season.. now i'm interested in joining for the 2018/2019 season; but won't be able to cos of this rule by mukina2

The h2h code, is limited to 20 per each league. FPL stops the number of entrees for private head to head leagues to 20 .
so we will have FA cup 1
