I would love to have a three bedroom house design with the following specifications;
1) Large Entryway
2) Single Living Room
3) Dining Room separate from the living room
4) All Bedroom Ensuite
5) Spacious Hallway
6) Study Room

7) Large Kitchen that will also have an island
Store
9) Laundry Room
10) High Ceilings

11) Flat Roof

I do not like visitor's bathroom in the main flat but totally outside adjoining the security guards house. It will sit on a one plot of flat land.
