The most important investment for the bride after the wedding is time. As she begins to take up her duties as a wife and consequently a mother, the workload of managing her new home and her job may burden her. Likewise her groom may suggest she stays out of a paid job temporary especially to encourage she builds her own business.

Unfortunately, starting her own business may continue to linger and six months into the marriage, no income is yet accrue in the woman's purse. Just as time is important to build the new home, money is equally important. The husband may continue to provide the needs of the family but according to Calre Boothe luce, a business educator and entrepreneur, “a woman's best protection is a little money of her own".

Of course, she is martially settled and the joy of raising her own family sets in but when the wedding is over and honey moon begins to elapse, the thought of making money and fulfilling a need outside the new home begins to set in for the bride.

How will she support the family?

How will she become self reliant?

How will she fulfill her desire of building a business and meet up her new role of a wife and upcoming mother?

The following are business opportunities any new bride can take up and do comfortably from home to support herself and her new home.
