The Joint Admission and Matriculation Board has exempted blind and deaf candidates as well as prisoners from participating in the upcoming post UTME exercise in all tertiary institutions.
Exemption of these set of candidates followed complained of difficulties encountered by them during the post UTME test.

The Board Registrar, Prof Ishaq Oloyede has therefore directed all heads of tertiary institutions in the country to exempt the candidates from ....
