There have been CCTV in banks longer than you can remember. It is recently that residential homes started using it as its getting cheaper. I installed 8 channel 2TB HDD CCTV all around my house. So far, I can sleep better and can go out for work knowing that there is a third eye I left at home and can view from anywhere. Its cool.
Waoooo that is massive.

Catching him will still be impossible since Nigeria have no database or facial recognition tech to sort out such person's identity, so its just for entertainment since he wasn't caught immediately before he left the shop sad
I think there was a guy who stole a phone in same Computer village some months back (CCTV footage) and was caught in Ogun state.

It's very easy once police were ready to do their jobs. I have recovered video of crime on two different occasions in less than three months and police arrest the boys within 24hrs because CP threatening DPO that he will loose his job if he can't provide the criminal within 48hrs.
