Is their any housing unit cost between 2.5m to 3m naira in a developing area? the one I found was in Yotomi Golden estate after Ofada but I didn't like that area. it was around 2.3m , Housing unit might be 3 bedroom bungalow or 2 bedroom bungalow or half or 1/4 plot of land builds in estate unit by unit |

try IBA Estate, behind LASU, these are block of 3 bedroom flats and the prices are within that range. |
