Super Eagles forward Odion Ighalo grabbed a goal in his team Changchun Yatai 2-1 win over Chongqing Dangdai on Tuesday.

The former Watford star who starred for the Eagles at the 2018 World Cup in Russia, leveled things up for his club after Brazilian forward Seba gave the opponents the lead in the Chinese Super League encounter.

Yatai then took the lead in the 54th after Dangdai scored an own goal.

Ighalo has now struck eight times in 12 league games for his side this season, boosting their chances of avoiding the drop.

They are now 12th in the 16 Chinese League log.
