I suggest that Seun should create a commercial property section different from the regular properties section where agents can advertise their lands and goods like in phones or cars/autos..

The way properties section is organised, it is very difficult to search for useful info. You will just be scrolling through tons of adverts..

I need advice on best materials to screed? Is POP cement advisable? What are the cons of different materials.

Can I live in a house screeded without painting.. I have money for screeding now but not enough for painting, can I screed, move into the house and paint later..

Does it make sense to screed then use emulsion paint on the walls? What cheap and durable satin paint do you know?

You can screed with POP cement,they are basically made for internal screeding.

It serves as a Base course for painting,helping to reduce the amount of paint needed and also giving it a good finish.

You can leave live in a screeded house till when you can afford to paint it.
