ow, that's so nice thread about sushi... Seriously, I even got hungry when I watched that video

After watching this video I come up with the conclusion that it's plastic. At least that's my impression about the sushi that this guy made. But unfortunately a lot of restaurants do this kind of sushi that's garbage.

Sushi is one of that foods that you have to eat a lot of crap before finding some good one. In general, sushi is not a cheap food, so don't even think about finding good sushi in markets (besides buying the ingredients to cook your own sushi) or cheap restaurants. I think you all realize that a good food is made of food products, and good products aren't always cheap, all the more fish, which is the main ingredient in sushi. So, after a long experience with sushi, one of the best sushi I've eaten was from Sushi Sushi, a restaurant in New York. Their sushi grade fish was amazing, so much flavor in a sushi roll, more than in all the rolls that I've eaten all my life.
