Job Title: Technical Assistant Officer
Location: Island, Lagos
Reports to: The Group Chief Executive Officer

Job Summary:
The Technical Assistant will be responsible for supporting commercial lines in developing and delivering timely and accurate new business quotes, as well as handling services requests.
Key Responsibilities
• Have a detailed understanding of the full Microsoft Office suite
• Experienced in the key competencies required to support the office
• Conduct research, create reports and maintain records with a view to produce relevant and accurate statistics necessary for decision making.
• Undertakes on the job training in equipment and work procedure
• Understands and applies established and clearly defined clerical or operating procedures
• Understands how the organization is structured and who does what
• Resolves problems within established work procedures and systems


Job Requirements
• HND/BSc Degree in any related course
• Proven work experience as an Executive/Technical Assistant in a consulting firm
• Good Communication and Presentation skills
• Solid knowledge of processing methods and workflow procedures
• In-depth Knowledge in proposal writing
