Frankly the only viable option is good old SEO and backlinks building. It requires lots of patience before you start seeing results though.

Facebook ads is best for creating brand awareness

With 5k which is about $14 Facebook can barely give you 2k traffic daily...

But with your 5k i can generate upto 3k traffics per day or 20k traffics per week for 30k.
