May 19 2018 was a dream come true for Some Nigerian Upcoming Artists, has Reminisce re-posted Mode Real‘s AJIGIJAGA freestyle Video followed by an announcement by the self claimed Alaga Ibile to give the Artist with the best freestyle a sum of 250k.

The Turn up was massive, which also prove Nigeria to have super-talented upcoming artists. Even Celebrities like Small Doctor, Seriki, Dremo, Chinko Ekun, Dhamxyz, Oladips to mention in few also released their version of the freestyle Video.

With no argument the competition increased the song popularity and mostly Reminisce’s. But since Reminisce re-posted the Wavy DREMO‘s freestyle Video he stopped talking about the competition. Now what we see is the new trend he is creating for himself ‘Baba Oja‘.

Now the question is; what exactly is Reminisce plan when he threw the competition open? Giving the upcoming false hope? Or using them as a stepping stone to trend the song and his name?

What’s the fraud there? Foreign musicians do the same, if a beat makes sense a lot of people will want to outshine the original rapper. It’s a cool form of brand promotion. I can’t fault him for it.
