A 7-year old girl (name withheld), was defiled after being abandoned in a compound in Lagos by her parents as one of their neighbours lured her and inserted his finger into her private part in order to satisfy his sexual desire. P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened at Lawal Street in Tedi area of Ojo, Lagos where they resided.
