Education is and will always be in vogue, most likely it is a determinant of success for many aspiring youths.
Not to talk much, our education pathway this days is a primary school, secondary school, tertiary education and then masters and PhD program.. this is great step and has paid off but it is too common and has some lapses..

What is a Post Degree Diploma?
A Post Degree Diploma is a degree obtained after an undergraduate level of education has been completed. It is more specialised and practical oriented in relation to the field of study. Just as we have areas under computer science such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, data analytics, database etc.
Enrolling in a post degree diploma in a one of this areas gives you core knowledge for excelling in your career choice.

What is the difference between a master's program and post degree diploma?
A master's program is a higher qualification than a Post Degree Diploma and has a higher number of credit hours and touches every area of your chosen field of study. In this sense you have a knowledge of everything' but you're not grounded in the sense that most MSc programs are thesis based and not practical oriented .. therefore it's advisable if you're enrolling for a master's program and you do not wish to go into academics or research in my opinion I'll recommend a course based or a professional masters program.

How will you benefit from a Post Degree Diploma?
A post Degree Diploma will benefit you greatly in a workplace setting as you undergo Industry related teachings whilst you're enrolled in a Post Degree Diploma.

Personal Recommendation; Get a Post Degree Diploma and follow it up with a Master's degree
I have objected for this because in recent times an undergraduate degree cannot land you a job as you require an additional certification such as a master's degree to get you or increase your chances of landing a dream job . A post degree diploma will boost your chances of qualification and can get you a solid job while you're also pursuing a master's degree. Upon completion of your master's degree, you'll be more enlightened and stand higher chances of promotion.

In my opinion this is a good path to take as it boosts your knowledge and certification as well. In advanced countries and in Nigeria where practical knowledge is very important, it is very important to have a knowledge of industry and work place settings.
