Enough beating for falconets Spain girls are good,from their game I saw,they and France are the best so far.
I just pity for Ghana,chai they just pack goals like no tomorrow with all the ugliness,flat chest and macho body shioor
These European girls are pretty despite the rigorous training,I used to think you have to be ugly as a female athlete,I was wrong.

Nigeria booked their place in the quarter-finals of the Under-20 Women's World Cup in France with a dramatic stoppage-time equaliser in a 1-1 draw with China.

China right-back Jiaxing Dou, challenged by Nigeria's Rasheedat Ajibade, struck into her own net in the last minute of the Group D game to give the Super Falconets the point they needed to qualify.

China, who needed a win to progress, had taken the lead just before half-time through Linyan Zhang.


Nigeria join Germany in the last eight from Group D, after the Germans finished top of the standings with a maximum nine points.

Second placed Nigeria - who squeezed ahead of China on goal-difference - finished on four points, and will now play Spain in the quarter-finals on Thursday 16 August.

Ghana - the other African team involved in the tournament - ended their campaign with a 1-0 victory over New Zealand in their final Group A game on Sunday.

The Falconets players are talking tough ahead of the quarter-final clash against Spain.

Falconets have stated their readiness for the quarter-final clash against Spain in the 2018 FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup.
Falconets star Peace Efih has stated that she and her teammates will be ready against Spain when both sides meet in the quarterfinal.

The Falconets were defeated in their opener against Germany, beat Haiti 1-0 in their second group fixture.

Chinese right back Jiaxing Dou scored a late own goal as the Falconets picked up a point in their last group encounter to set up a quarterfinal fixture against Spain who finished top of the group C.

Efih, however, is optimistic that the Falconets have turned a corner and will be ready for their European counterparts.

Speaking about the last group encounter Efih praised the efforts of her teammates for believing until their last-minute goal in an interview with FIFA.

She said, “The match was very important and we wanted to win the match.

“We wanted to make sure we went through, that’s why we fought to the end. In the second half, we just had to push and keep the spirit of the team moving. It’s all about winning, it’s all about fighting to the end.”

Speaking about the upcoming quarterfinal clash against Spain Efih stated that the game will be difficult but her and her teammates will be ready to contest.

She said, “The quarter-finals won’t be easy, but we will fight to the finish.

“We believe in putting out our best every time. With our togetherness, we believe we will get somewhere.”

The Falconets of Nigeria take on Spain on Thursday, August 16 with the winners to feature in the semi-final against France or Japan.
