The Stafford too its a pitbull but a different type of pitbull. The Stafford has all the qualities of the regular pitbull the only difference is that the Stafford is short, they don't grow tall. That is how they are differentiated.

People have generalized "Pitbull" to mean bullies, staffies, and all other bull breeds. But again, there's just one Pitbull and it's the American Pitbull Terrier.
