Bros, if you wan the truth 25-30k cannot get you a good phone. Infact the only phone you can get in Nigeria for that price is itel a32 or itel p32 or something like that. But their camera and general phone quality is nothing to write home about. I suggest you increase your budget a bit and buy infinix hot 6 or better yet buy the cheapest Xiaomi phone, redmi 5a. Google the specs
