Argentina and Germany the big losers as FIFA release Coca-cola August World Men's team rankings.

Elsewhere, France claimed top spot with Belgium and Croatia in second and third respectively.

However, USA continues to top the Women's rankings after winning the 2015 Women's World Cup while Argentina drops to 15th on the log.


The Federation of International Football Association (FIFA) in collaboration with Coca-cola has released the August rankings after statistics and evaluation was conducted for the active participation of teams in the last few weeks.

In Africa, Tunisia top the rankings, with Senegal, Congo and Morocco completing the 3rd, 4th and 5th positions. Nigeria dropped to 7th while Egypt surprisingly didn't make the top 10.
