On Sunday the 12th of August 2018, the prestigious Miss Reliable Nigeria and Reliable Icons Awards held in the City of Yenagoa, Bayelsa State as numerous celebrity icons and noble personalities were awarded. Miss Portharcourt City Beauty Queens Queen Oroma Shedrack and Queen Beauty Stanley were not left out.

Queen Oroma Shedrack who is the incumbent Miss Portharcourt City 2017/2018 was given a special recognition award as Outstanding Model in Rivers State. Queen Oroma Shedrack launches her pet project in June tagged “pad it up” which is aim at educating young teenage girls on puberty and menstrual hygiene.

Queen Beauty Stanley, the incumbent Miss Portharcourt City Tourism 2017/2018 was given a honorary award as Rivers State Pageant Personality of the year, Queen Beauty Stanley has touched lives in numerous ways, a humanitarian queen who has helped the needy with her various projects and resources, she recently visited the elderly home, children and orphanage to show love to them and also recently did a month free medical checkup for children and adults which saw over 2000 plus persons and also administered free drugs to the ill ones.
