Following the the demolition of Freash fm 105.9 (Ayefele radio), at last the Oyo state government demolished the the multimilloin naira building.

Let's forget about the building been on the wrong location. The worst thing that can happen to anyone is seeing his investment go down the drain.

Both parties need to be blamed but then the most painful part is not allowing the guy to pick anything from the place before demolition.

If his documents are genuine he should press charges for a good compensation.

It is politically motivated, but this is too much trauma for Ayefele.
How’s that building worth 800M

I feel for the guy, he's a good man and probably doesn't deserve this.
But if the demolition of his multi-million naira investment is politically motivated as he claims, then he must have involved himself in unnecessary politics instead of strictly sticking to gospel music.
Second, if his building has met all the necessary approvals for construction and renovations, then he should go to court for compensation.
