So people still write this shit! They should scrap this examination body. I hate this NECO. na military men dey mark for there. I remember writing this exam twice even with all the expo, I still failed. I was perplexed! till someone explained to me about this exam body.

You are correct. I think that exam body should be scrapped. They think they are rendering assistant to students by just give them C's since it is the least requirement for admission to most tertiary institutions in Nigeria. Although the emergence of Neco had made WAEC to sit up, the latter were strict in their marking until the emergence of the former. Instead of Neco to continue at same pace they did before, they grew worse. That is why candidate applying for such exam are few than Waec.
