Nigerians must learn how to use their God given brain.. We are blessed with wide varieties of animals, yet to open a standard zoo that will fetch millions, is a problem for the government..

Down to you and I, we see snake, we kill.. we see turtle we kill.. I have this strong belief that elephants and lions filled the Nigerian landscape in the pasy but because of our chop chop mindset they are all gone..

Even those (educated) that claim they have university degrees, will see snake, monkey, civet cat.. kill it and eat it... Many of these creatures are laden with dieases and infection dangerous for human consumption, but because of our chop chop mentality, we kill these animal anyhow...

Go to Bronx zoo or Dallas Zoo or Berlin zoo and see how foreign governments make billions from conserving animals

there are private zoo as well as govt. Why not start private owned zoo so you can make money for yourself and pay tax to the government since they have failed?

but is the habitat of the turtle. Salty oceanic water or fresh lagoon water, so that it won't result into fatality

The political leadership in Nigeria are busy with crude oil money.

So they feel unconcerned.

snakes are usefull in the ecosystem. If humans no take der territory dey wont come in contact with us

'If' humans no take their territory, starvation and homelessness for don kill you.

You can't farm, build, or construct...unless you change/modify the ecosystem.

Some guys yesterday caught a Sea turtle, and was trying to use it for the Normal Peppersoup, A woman saw them and While Some Persons Would have joined them To butcher the Sea Turtle, she did a surprising yet heartwarming thing as she begged to save it soul and return it to The sea where it belong, They actually did agreed.

And she returned it to the sea.. Thank God for women.. I wonder what would have happened to all animals without us?
