4. Represent the NGO in all capacity.
5. Over see the running of the state office.
6. Reports to the Director General of programmes.

• Register interested beneficiaries of the NGO programs
• Collect and record all data of applicants for programs
• Collect and analyze data’s.
• Partake in the trainings of applicants
• Mobilize community groups for programs.
• Reports to the Director of programmes.
• Must be able to take care of any responsibility/schedule allocated them.
