pls,pls and pls i really need help about u.i's post utme i was told that the post utme was on the 27th of july and i have bought the form but i was told not to fill it because i am using awaiting result and i should fill it when the result is out,i am really confused wouldn't filling it when the result is out be too late?pls i need help i am in a fix,dilenma whatever u call it i am really desperate.thanks.
