The Slush Global Impact Accelerator Nigeria bootcamp Final pitch day which took place at Heartland Hub Owerri- Oluaka Institute was indeed a suspense filled as all around had no idea who would win.
Inspite of the heavy downpour,people still flocked in to listen to the shortlisted startups pitch.

first among the shortlisted startups to pitch was Femi of Databanter,Followed by Steven of Phendok Bioenerg, Ebi of Gerocare , Uche of AirCell Agro, Zege Aondofa of Afagreen, Fortukwomo of Rehoboth Therapeutics, Eunaudoha of Crispvision, Opeyemi of Homefort, Team Vida ICT, Team ChroniCare, Aron Delivery and Team Recycle Pro.

After a rigorous pitching session, Gerocare, Afagreen and Aron Delivery startup won the Slush Global Impact Accelerator Nigeria bootcamp.
They will represent Nigeria at SLush GIA Helsinki, Finland by november.

Team AfaGreen is a startup that recycle paper into reusable product like plastic materials to sustain an Eco-friendly environmental.
Vida ICT Solutions is improving health care situation by creating a hospital management system for easy access of hospital records including patient database management, real times performance and communications.
Team DataBanta is a digital food donation initiative that uses airtime and internet data bundle to donate foods thereby tackling insecurity and malnutrition.
ChroniCare is building a mobile health companion that uses technology(wearables) and psychology to help people living with chronic diseases.
Team HomeFort- Empowering low income households to switch from dirty fuels to acquiring an IOT powered cooking gas kits through a lease to own payment scheme system.
AircellAgro Connects Farmers to customers(trades, hotels, food industries) for easy sales of their farm products through a virtual market platform.
De Rehoboth Therapeutics is a startup that brings preventive and restorative healthcare solutions to people using natural means which are chemical free.
Recycle Pro is a startup using market-based approach to fight environmental pollution where households in low-income communities can bank their recyclable waste in exchange for social incentives.
