Dear Nairalanders. I am in the verge of buying a property along Iguritta Rd in Portharcourt. Further investigations revealed that the land is very genuine and not encumbered. But the issue is that it is an industrial site and so I Connot do any residential building there. The Property is cheap as the seller is distressed. My question is this? What can I do in an industrial site? I cannot do filling station because it is 200meters from the Airport Rd. There is also a gas plant few meters away. What do you advise that I do with the property? Ideas are welcomed
