How should Christians deal with depression, panic attacks, and anxiety? Does the Bible have anything to say about these issues? More than that, is the Bible sufficient for us to deal with these?

Matthew 6: 25-34

"Therefore I say unto you, Do not be anxious about your life, what you shall eat, or what you shall drink; nor yet for your body, what you shall put on. Is not the life more than food, and the body than clothing? Behold the birds of the air: for they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns. Yet your Heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much better than they?

Which of you by worrying can add one millimetre unto his stature or prolong his/her life by one second when the final time has come? And why worry about clothing? Consider the flowers of the field, how they grow - they toil not, neither do they spin: And yet I say unto you, that even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these.

Wherefore, if God so clothes the grass of the field, which you see today, and tomorrow is no more; shall He not much more clothe you, O you of little faith? Therefore do not be anxious, saying, 'What shall we eat?' or, 'What shall we drink?' or, 'How shall we be clothed?' (For after all these things do the nations of the world seek after) - for your Heavenly Father knows that you have need of all these things.

But seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness; and all these things will be added unto you. Do not be anxious for tomorrow: for tomorrow will worry for the things of itself. Sufficient unto each day is its own trouble."
