To reiterate its commitment to improving and sustaining the quality of lives in her community, Africa’s mobile phone giant, itel Mobile partnered with Iknorbert Communications to take the love to SOS Children’s Village, Isolo, in Lagos. The Children’s Village, whose goal is to provide a safe haven for vulnerable and abandoned children, was the recipient of a generous donation to support her children.

The SOS children’s village is a non-governmental social development organization focused on helping children at risk of losing parental care or without parental care. The itel and Iknorbert team brought joy and support to the children by donating food and educational items. Itel’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative tagged ‘Love Always On’, exemplifies the brand’s positive contribution to humanity and society, thereby representing her lasting identity as a corporate entity.

Speaking on the visit, itel Mobile’s Country Marketing Manager, Jeff Tang said,
‘At itel Mobile, we are passionate about helping others in their communities and putting a smile on their faces in every little way possible. We look for ways to make a positive difference in every lives we encounter and this is done through our CSR programs. Our brand is beyond tech and the need to buy our smartphones, we also seek to improve the welfare of the people we are serving; hence our focus on improving education, community development and health.’
