Kindly name a Company with reputation of being bad. Please, if you stole the Company's money and you were sacked, please don't carry out smear campaign here. State why the company is bad for the benefit of job seekers.

State why they are bad, not just in terms of salary, but other benefits, like:
1. clear career plan and path
2. constant training and development, sometimes abroad.
3. A good health management program (HMO)
4. A collaborative atmosphere between staff and management, no office politics or bickering.
5. Daily lunch in the office.
6. Care for family of staff
7. Consistency in payment of salaries and/or other emoluments.

My piece of advice: Don't work for Setbiz Datalinks Concept Ltd in Abuja.

My neighbor was hired by Management Alternatives Limited, Garki Abuja (a hiring firm) and was outsourced to Setbiz Datalinks Concept and they owe him over 300,000 ( being two and half months salary in 2017). Not only him but about 16 other members of staff. They were asked to stop work because they cannot pay.


My neighbor kept applying for jobs online, only to see that the same outsourcing Company hired new staff (another job title) for the other mentioned Company. At first, they promised to pay them in three months and it is now over a year! The guy said he will complain to Brekete Family (a Human Rights radio program in Abuja).


Institute of Arbitrators in Asokoro Abuja is also an example of a company with horrible boss but good pay.
