Yes.

It means your processor supports x64 but your current OS is 32bit.

You can always upgrade your OS anytime you want.

Means you can install a 64bit os on the system, but 32bit os on it is still ok but you are not making use of the 64bit capability of the system.

Means you can install a 64bit os on the system, but 32bit os on it is still ok but you are not making use of the 64bit capability of the system.

I've used both Driver Pack and Snappy. Snappy is far better and is the one i use now and Cobra.
