A Nigerian wedding decided to deviate from
the norm of jollof rice and chicken as its
delicacy by serving an unconventional meal
of Garri and fried fish.
The wedding guests were treated to a special
meal of Garri soaked in water (not eba) and
fried fish to accompany it.

A quick look at his page shows that he deals
on several Nigerian local meals, spiced up
and served in an interesting way; changing
the way how Nigerians see food.
