Job summary

Our client a word class distribution company requires the
services of experienced Regional sales Managers who will
be responsible in leading the commercial operation of a
designated territory within a region as well as increase
revenue in the company.


Responsibilities
The successful candidate reports to the Region Operations
Manager and expected but not limited to;
Drive the flawless execution of the sales plan for the
territory as agreed with the ROM.
Oversee the execution and tracking of marketing
activities in the territory.
Develop strong relationships and close collaboration
with all dealers in the territory.
Monitor dealers’ turnover and stocks on a weekly
basis and ensure that our SKUs are available and
that the dealers reach their monthly targets.


Qualifications/Competencies
B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Admin or any relevant
discipline.
Minimum of 6 years in Sales; preferably in the
beverage industry or FMCG
