Do you like? [img]http://3.bp..com/_bNhyYPQNIBw/TCqgg5QnOEI/AAAAAAAACpM/DRGGPuxEAgc/s1600/DSCF4724.JPG[/img] Ingredients. Measure according Efo shoko and Spinach/Clean and cut. Measure according to preferred servings. Cuts of Beef (Boiled) Save stock. Dried fish Dried shrimp Stock fish Tomato sauce Fresh tomato Onion Onion powder Crushed red pepper Minced Garlic Olive Oil and Palm oil (50/50) Italian seasoning Salt Black pepper Saute onion, tomato and garlic in olive oil and palm oil Add tomato sauce and let simmer for 3-5 mins. Add boiled meat, stock fish, dried fish and dried shrimp. Add beef stock (Not too much) Add shoko, spinach or your choice of Veggies Add seasonings Simmer and cook down till there's little or not liquid left. This dish is very easy to make and could be put together in less than 30-45 mins, Just be patient, pay attention and don't apply too much heat. Stir and disperse liquid as needed till done. |

what can one sub for shoko, spinach or shoko alone |

i can't see locust beans (iru) in your list of ingredients o! i don't normally add beef stork in my soup, the fish and crayfish aroma would drown it's impact anyways. |

Must you use iru?. there are maggi flavors that will substitute for iru. This is westernized efo ri ro. |

none of the seasonings can replace locust beans. i prefer the africanised soup anyways |
