PROJECT ASSISTANT MANAGER

Must have at least an OND with minimum of 2 years of experience as a project supervisor/manager with proven records of projects completed.

Computer literacy is an added advantage

Age: 30-35 years

Salary range: 70k – 90k

Location: Lagos (Mainland, Island)

About Company: Our client is reputable Trading Company specializing in quality building materials business in Nigeria. The company is a subsidiary of a leading Civil Engineering Construction Company located in Port Harcourt, Nigeria.

Job Summary: The Marketing Executive will be primarily responsible for outlining sales and marketing strategies with the General Manager. He or She will also manage the activities of sales and ensure target revenues in line with strategy are met or exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing strategies/objectives by planning, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and developing field sales action plans
Meets marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions
Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential clients; discovering and exploring opportunities.
Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating markets demand and supply for each product range
This position may also oversee customer service and perform administrative duties.

Minimum requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management or equivalent degree.
Masters of Business Administration (MBA) is preferable
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in similar field

Abilities required
Determined work ethic and must be seen to be professional at all times (communication and presentation)
Must be computer literate with sufficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word

Front Desk/Customer Service Officer (Female)

Location: Lagos

Duties and Responsibilities

Greet clients and set a positive office atmosphere.

Answer the phone, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate offices.

Organize and maintain files and records; update when necessary.

Create and maintain updated documents and spreadsheets.

Oversee sorting and distribution of incoming mail.

Prepare outgoing mail (envelopes, packages, etc.).

Operate office equipment, such as photocopier, printers etc.

Organize bookkeeping and issue invoices/checks.

Record minutes of meetings and dictations.

Requirements and Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.

3 years’ experience in Business Administration or related field.

Successful work experience in a front office setting or in another clerical position.

Ability to effectively use and maintain office equipment.

Excellent typing skills with experience taking dictations a plus.

Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office.
