Is there competence issue on the part of technicians?

The way you are sounding is as if even when you don't drive the car, it would just break on its own.

ur plenty turenchi,woo.407 is known for electrical problem.The worst of them are d autos as once gearbox is bad,dats d end.The parts are costly.Its a gud car n easily maintained in d northern part

avoid a Nigerian used except you are going with a Peugeot specialist. Not just any mechanic. And lastly ignore everybody telling you to run. One of the best decision I made in the year 2016 was getting a Peugeot against all advise. Most of the people who went for Benz have been going in and out of the mechanic shop. The key is maintenance. Do not abuse the car and u will thank God u got it. My reasons for asking you to stay off a Nigerian used is because many Nigerian used have been abused and you just can't tell

It simply depends on the maintenance from the previous user. Some Nigeria used cars are better than most accidented Tokunbo cars.
Firstly. Get a good technician to examine the car.
Then get a good buying price.
Pray over it. If you're okay, make the choice.
