cbn wont offer you as much as mtn will for starters but for job security (in this climate) its a no-brainer you better go for cbn talk about excellent pension and stuff as for career progression its good in cbn cause you get promoted every 3 yrs if you pass the exams,appraisals et al same with general satisfaction (just get ready for office politics) you can have more time for your self and your family too |
