Please recommend an affordable portable car jump starter, preferably with an air compressor for inflating tyres.

I have seen different types online, but I'm not sure at their claims especially the mAH. I would please appreciate if anyone can give a honest review of the one they are using or have used and how much. And also if you have a fairly used for sale, please post with picture.
